Water Tour
It's about that time again! I wanted this tour to coincide with the release of Water but due to bad planning on my part it's a little late. But onward and upward! The tour starts on Monday, July 23rd and runs through Friday July 27th. Lost of guest posts and reviews of all three books!
Here is the schedule, be sure to follow along for your chances to win nifty

Lucky 7
So I was tagged in my friend Claudia's blog for the Lucky 7 Meme so I suppose I need to get to it!
Here's the rules:
Go to page 7 or 77 in your current manuscript
Go to line 7
Copy down the next 7 lines/sentences exactly as they are
Pretty much everyone I know has been tagged by now so I'm not tagging anyone else this go around. I'm always a little late to the party on these dealios anyway.
Now I have to cheat a little; I am actually working on Spirit, the fifth book in the series but ANYTHING I post would be a HUGE spoiler. So I'm going with Fire, which my editor has right now. Now, since she has it, it hasn't been proofread yet so you get to see it raw, so forgive me for any mistakes.

"Once satisfied Jodi and Steven were nearby I closed my eyes and let my consciousness slip away into the sweet oblivion the Earth offered me, feeling another influx of power plunge into me before the quiet black took away my thoughts.
I came back to myself as my body was being pushed through the ground, breaking the surface of the Earth as the grass tickled my face and my hair pulled against the roots. White daisies had sprung up around me, thick and fragrant. I don't remember ever having smelled daisies before."
